Photo Tour: Cairo Egypt

Wonderment Project - Photo Tour Cairo Egypt

Today, I wanted to share pictures from my trip to Cairo just a over a year ago. I must admit I was a little apprehensive about this trip given the political climate that you hear about on the news. That quickly faded away when I saw what the city had to offer.

Cairo is absolutely full of culture and history. It can also be daunting if you are traveling on your own. Tourism has significantly decreased over the years, evident by the lack of lines in popular tourist hotspots.

If you plan to travel to Egypt, remember it is a Muslim country, you may not have to wear a veil as a woman, but be respectful of the culture, no shorts, mini skirts, sleeveless tops and dresses.
